Stephen came out today for our quarterly service. We have some issues inside and he was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue right away, put out the appropriate traps and spray and left us feeling confident that we were ahead of any further issues. As much of an unpleasant situation it is to deal with pests, it was a pleasure to deal with Stephen today.
Just had our first service today with EcoShield. Josh and Michael were very professional answered all my questions! Michael arrived on time for our appointment and let me know he was ready to service. We have been having a big issue with spiders inside and outside our home. But we do have young kids, so I was concerned about chemicals being used. I will be sure to update my review in 30-60 days and I’ll let you know just how well their formula is working!
Update: we’ve been using EcoShield for almost 3 years now. We’ve had Terry service us on more than one occasion. It’s always a pleasure seeing Terry! He’s very positive and enthusiastic (something that cannot be taught). The service has been very helpful for us in regard to the abundance of spiders and ants in and near our home.

Of most value to me, he obliged the sign I have on my front door, indicating that I am working from home -- please do not knock! You would be surprised how often the sign is ignored, causing disruption to my workday and conference calls. Nice work, Steve! 👏
